But a lot of our passing is appalling.

Milner should drop inside alongside Parker, Welbeck right and play Gerrard in the hole.

There are a few that should be dropped into a hole

Our passing is appalling because our movement is appalling. When will we learn to run into space before the ball is passed rather than wait for it and then chase?

You not up for your Nordic brothers Ozzie?

Passing could improve a bit alright. Its a wee bit like watching Rangers. Very handy in fits and bursts but some dodgy passing play.

Nei Nei! I'm English mate. Their defense especially their full backs are slow - we can win from that and Carroll if we can keep Zlatan quiet.

If we are set up to lump it up to a big front man, why not just do it? Or at least get some fast men on punt it up, let them run. I really dont like that kind of football, but we are not good enough to do the passing stuff.
Joe Hart our only world class player, until Rooney gets back.

What a load of drivel. I think I’m going to join Stan’s tortoise.

As Swords said "a wee bit like watching Rangers", but no passion.

We are often too static, the ball is given away because we don't create space for the passes by moving. We are playing lowest common denominator football and already in the last ten minutes were conceding ground and defending deeper. I think Ibrahimovic could be our downfall unless we score next...

The pundits on my Station have just said that practically word for word. Although the long ball isn't what we want to see, its a potent weapon and an effective one.

Just seen the French goals again
Anyone of the excellent pundits on here sense the difference?
Players playing with expression and freedom

My little pony is expressing himself but England have little else in their locker I am afraid

It's looks very much like the same old problem IMO

Well henning berg thinks we been best, as if that helps! I'm scared we'll sit back, be too afraid and concede, but we could score on the break.

It's far more exciting watching the R's, even under MH!

I think that we all know that we are not good enough to play like France, let alone Spain. However our rigid formation and dull teamwork was more than a match for the Gallic flair. You don’t have to be the better side to win at football.
