I'm fairly sure that those where more to do with the fact that its now the fans being punished and not the club. If you can't see that then <insertgenericabusivecomment>
Come on, there is no way that the club can be punished that won't harm the fans is there? A fine? How would that work? Rangers pay back £2m a year in compensation, the fans would object to that too, besides a fine does not really seem suitable punishment for the crimes they stand accused of, there has to be a REAL punishment IF they are found guilty of the dual contracts and tax evasion charges. The owners may have changed, but the fans have not, if it was a new club then perhaps punishment would be unfair, but everyone is saying it's the same club, if it is then the Club has to be really punished, there's no other way.
What punishment have the fans received? You supported a corrupt club who unfairly lorded it up for 20 years. Surely, the only suitable punishment is being ****ed in the ass solid for 20 years.

Again you clearly missed my point, how are the fans to blame for 2 bad owners? so we supported the club during those times I suppose any one of us could've just walked into Ibrox with an accountant and asked to check every financial transaction ever undertaken by rangers? The fans had nothing to do with the downfall of the club, If anything Murray and Whyte should both be held responsible (Along with anyone else who was complicit) and taken to court by anyone who ever felt wronged by them (SFA/SPL/Football Clubs) How is continuing to punish a club that has absolutely no longer has ties to a fraudster and a handicapped businessman (Physically and Mentally) not punishment to the fans considering we are all that is left. I've no objection to playing in Div 3 because of the "Newco" but continuing to punish rangers itself should be over and done with. EDIT: I've just realized who I'm arguing with, what a ****ing stupid **** I am.
