No, dont mean it in that way but not having a manager may make a difference as players would rather sign for a club when the manager wants them, as it means they are part of their plans.
I saw several people suggesting the delay was down to Levy having his family bereavement to deal with. That's understandable, but we do have Darren Eales who should be more than capable of overseeing such matters. So I guess the delay is connected to what was Harry's imminent, and now confirmed departure.
Levy seems to be the mover and shaker in the Vertonghen deal, so that one is most likely to go through. Ade may still come to fruition, although Remy is up in the air.

Well that puts you in a better position than me if you have watched him as much as you have implied, considering I've only watched 5 or so games where he's played, but people that I know that do watch the french ligue seem to indicate that he's a quality all rounder, not RVP standard but good enough. Also, Saying you wouldn't want him at spurs is a bit of an exaggeration, since your striking options seem to consist of Defoe and ..saha?..... Also don't think Falcao could replace RVP, totally different kind of player and wouldn't fit in our current system
