I haven't seen many St George's flags in North London since the start of the Euros. I found a rather sad and tatty one in the boot of the car, left over from the last World Cup. It seemed appropriate, given it's condition, to this years tournament, so I've rescued it and it now flies from my old Renault. I'm rather happy with it, all things considered.
How to create a TFWNN article Simple. Now you can create your very own TFWNN article. Coming soon, "How to have a Medro/BH vs irishgreen/RebelBhoy/Mind the Step argument".
so what youre saying is you know what you get? yet you continue to respond? kinda makes you the bigger noob, no? As for the article youre sig is the most hypocritical as it not only has the ST georges flag but also the Union jack which is based on 3 saints St George, St Andrew and St Patrick Thought you said you dont believe in God now? are are you still not sure?
I've not really responded, I was just taking the piss. I don't care about the saints associated with the flags. When the average person sees those symbols, they don't think of saints, they think of countries. I never said I wasn't sure about god either. As I have repeatedly told you.
No, and no. But I don't understand the relevance. The flag is my country's emblem, and I'm quite proud of my country, in a low key way. What's that got to do with religeon or politics?
not responded? They are named after SAINTS when the average person sees the red cross on the white background they say 'St Georges cross'. you dress it how you want, basically you are a hypocrite as for not sure, you have said on more than one occassion there may have been a creator, no? creator = God, as I have told you. also you have a cross tattoo no? or was that because beckham had one and you like to follow the crowd?
The relevance is that you accept what it represents and as such are not a hypocrite FYI there is a huge connection between the flag and religion and politics. Especially what I am trying to say in the article. In a nutshell the saint tag is religion the politics is due to the flag actually belonging to another country and the english ships using it for safety purposes then adopting it from a BME viewpoint the St georges flag represents bad as well as good. Basically due to some fascist organisations adopting it as their symbol. The irony being that it is foreign no matter how you look at it. see history of st george and the whole shipping thing I mentioned the religious nature of it is obvious too, regardless of what some atheists try and dress it up as.
Saints are part of Christian theology Fan, so I assume that you're lumping all of your fellow non-Christians in this too, right? Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Pagans... not a mention. Atheist Obsession for men. A new scent from your local frothing loon.
