Just dicked Chelsea 4-0 at home in my first game of the 2016/17 season, Jay Rodriguez with two and Miguel Medina with the other two. Tactics used were basically Drop deeper, hassle opponents, retain possession and "COUNTER" as the style.
Participating in the Europa League, as it so often is, was far too difficult to manage with all the fatigue. Slipping down the table pretty fast here, but I've signed Trotter for £2m, and Mark Bresciano and Yannick Djalo are in on loan. Time to steady the ship.
I didn't sign 50 players, thats a bit OTT, Yeah I think signing too many players has always been my problem, once I get settled at the club I will probably only make small changes, I feel I have a base set at the club, I spent most of the money on the under 18's which is very high standard and could supply me with some players for the future, Stephens will also start making a few appearances soon as he is doing great, I am off now, be back around 12.
How many did you sign then? Surely around 20, even though Southampton have a good enough squad that you could do it with none.
Low standard under 18's* seriously none of them will make the step up to the PL. and great I can't wait for 12, there's nothing I like more than reading about your fm saves.
So happy with my squad this season. A lot of depth, different abilities meaning I can easily change tactics, but most importantly a lot of stamina and fitness mean the players aren't easily tired. The youth players are having this engrained in them too. I feel like Nigel Just need to get a run going as I'm currently 10th after 10 games. Still plenty of time to turn it round though
Don't reply to my posts then, if you don't like it then you don't have to look at it, obviously you spend time to look at what I post. I am no problems with anyone on here but you are trying to find problems with everything.
Yeah about 20 if you add in the under 18's but that is because I like to make sure that I have a full under 18's team which I can go to for players to use.

Top tip, Sign Christie from Coventry if he is transfer listed, I got him for 100k and he is class, I would pay the 900k if he was not transfer listed, he is so good at right back and is only 19 now. He was great against Blackpool, I am so happy I got him, he played well in his first 2 games in the league for me aswell, why the hell did Coventry bring in another right back and unsettle him.
I have a tough game in the league against West Ham, but I have decided to give Luke James his first start, not sure why but I just want to give him a go, also put Nick Powell on the bench. I won it 1-6 we are now at our best I think. Bostwick could have had 3 if it had not hit their player on the way in, wish it did not go down as a own goal, their keeper was not good.
