Wind back the clock a couple of weeks and let´s pretend that Harry Redknapp left the Spurs job before Brenden´s appointment. Given the outstanding success HR has had turning midtable teams into successful ones; do you think he could have the same impact on Anfield´s fortunes?

Given the choice: Stick or Swap??

No contest and I am being honest here, I would have Rodgers over him anyday.

I wouldn't say huge success. He ruined Portsmouth when winning the FA cup and jol was doing fine at spurs before him, 6th two seasons in a row. I would never have wanted Harry, so I'll stick with Rodgers.

Harry plays one way which is fast attacking football - this is great to see and he has implemented it very well, which saw Spurs break into the top 4 twice over the past 3 seasons.

However, I do feel that he is tactically naive as he only ever plays this one way (I don't watch Spurs regularly but when I do, they usually go all guns blazing). Another thing that I don't like is the way he deals with the media which the press obviously love and he is the media darling, but the way he conducts his business is quite embarrassing.

Finally, he is 65 and the owners are looking for someone younger.

God no. I'd never want that blabbering idiot near this club. Not only does he not understand the basic idea of keeping things in house, but he's very overrated as a manager.

Rodgers. Redknapp is also responsible for relegating Bournemouth, Portsmouth & Southampton... not to mention he tried to sign Francis Jeffers when he was Pompy Manager

I'd take Jamie over 'Arry. I'd take Louise over both of them.

Spurs appointed mr ramos to the job to take them to the next level, some players revolted and his style caused them to be rock bottom. harry came in and let players do what they liked and they zoomed up the table. Dare i say it but their best players before harry are still their best players now.

anyway.... pompey... hmmmm bankrupt.. west ham... hmmm bankrupt... one FA cup run that wnet his way and he's some sort of english hero and genius who fought past the money giants for st george and the queen.

I'd not employ happy harry to run a tax dodge he's that pathetic. nice football, pretty but the only reason to hire him is if i wanted someone to run a club into the ground

    Rogers, today & every day.

I wouldn't want 'Arry anywhere near Anfield, except as a visiting manager

  20. Hmmm... He as only ever taken over one mid-table team in Spurs (and that is debatable considering they were in the relegation zone when he took over) and 'successful' is dependant on individual views too <ok>
