The inescapable issue with regard to newco and retaining " history " is that once liquidated rangers will cease to be registered with the sfa ; that is, they no longer exist at that point in time as an entity within scottish football. Thereafter a new company can choose to apply for registration.

So what if they transfer over to the newco and register with the SFA before the oldco is liquidated?

So what your saying is a newco can't be set up at the same time as a oldco?

Rangers have brought out a new jersey for season 2012/13.

That jersey will never ever be worn. Why? Because Rangers will not exist.

This Leeds united bollocks is the most hole filled comfort blanket in the history of hole filled comfort blankets.

Supporters of Rangers FC. The least loyal supporters in football. FACT.

So that's it. A creditor's meeting lasting nine minutes and Rangers FC are no more.

    Good riddance.

Yes. It is a comfort blanket to delude yourself into comparing a club which the creditors decided it was worth keeping going with a club that the creditors decided was not worth keeping going. An empty shell of a company was liquidated with Leeds after they were sold as a going concern. Rangers are being wiped off the face of the earth.

You are placing your faith in Green keeping all those assets together. A man who conceded that failure to agree a cva meant that Rangers history and tradition would die. Understandably he has changed his tune and predictably you swallow it like the good little patsy you are.

So Leeds UTD were liquidated? Albeit and empty shell?

So thus makes Medro correct as that is what he argued for?

Well done Medro, gaped the Britishbhigot again <applause>
