I think M'Vila should be more likely now due to the injury. He was waiting to see if a good EURO 2012 showing would get him more interested clubs. Now that he will miss a few games due to injury Blanc might stick with the people getting games.
wouldn't that just be the best... doubt it though, Wenger in love with the 3 centre mids to pass sideways 50 yards from goal where the opposition let us have the ball - means we get good possession stats and are controlling the game. apparently.
you get the impression he has set his aim at joining us all along - its just down to Wenger's meanness in paying as little as possible ..
I think we've missed quite a few players due to this. You always hear players wanting to join Arsenal and play under Wenger, yet we always penny pinch and lose out on our targets....
Looks like Wenger decided it was easier to change the formation, than find a playmaker good enough for the old one.
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...-squillaci-looks-set-for-escape-to-sc-bastia? **** source, but please be true!!!
City still after RVP according to Daily Mail. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2159656/Manchester-City-sell-Sergio-Aguero-Robin-van-Persie.html
I think his dad said he won't be going to another English club. Hopefully we can rule that out. Besides the fact that if we continue to sell our best players to rivals we will lose our last shred of credibility as far I am concerned...
lol me too. I think I mentioned that a journalist would read this board and make a story out of it. Looks like no substance to the story either.
Is he really out of contract this christmas? Because if that's the case, I can easily see us not signing any Attacking Mids in the hopes of signing him on a free, only to lose him to Chelsea who'll offer 50000k p/wk more than us
Some more info on the Sebastien Squillaci situation. More people are reporting the fact that he does want to leave and is seeking a return to the French league. The Young Guns guys (Jamie Sanderson) also said the same thing and he is pretty reliable. Really hope we can get rid of this dud asap. http://goonertalk.com/2012/06/16/sq...ci-likely-to-leave-arsenal-on-a-free-transfer
I do feel for Squishy a bit. He was a decent player before we bought him, playing CL football with Sevillia and a regular in the French national side. He looked like a solid signing. Don't really know what happened to him, but he was **** for us. I'd like to see the back of him at Arsenal, but I wish him all the best wherever he goes
