There was no liquidation there. There is a rangers liquidation! The cva was accepted at Leeds, so the creditors were satisfied

My apologies for my typo. I could barely contain myself in the excitement to correct your factual inaccuracy.

Leeds transferred from old co to new co and were able to take everything with them including their history.

    Apology accepted.

But the old co wasn't liquidated. The new co took on liabilities and assets. The liabilities were satisfied by cva. Bit like bill millers plan- but you ran him out.

If you want to see a phoenix from the ashes look at Luton

Name change and loss of history

Or ignore the facts and keep chasing clouds

The chairmen of the SPL club's will decide/vote on, if Rangers' Pheonix will play in the SPL. My guess is they will allow it as the income that they generate to all the other club's. And before you start throwing **** at me I'm a neutral.

I don't think they will let a new club in. It is very short notice to start an entire football club up from scratch.

You have to look at the finances, if Rangers are not in the league many other club's will not survive because they rely on the income from their home and away matches with them. If you were a chairman of say..., Kilmarnock, what would you do?

When Rangers were ****ed in the 80's clubs other than Celtic won the league, hell Aberdeen won a European cup. When Hibs played Hearts in the Scottish Cup Final this year they easily filled 50,000 supporters at Hampden.

A dominant Old Firm has been horrendously bad for Scottish Football - don't fear change.
