Christ, I'd forgotten all about Kirk Broadfoot.

What's he up to these days?

Did Rangers fans threaten to boycott away games? A simple yes or no will do.

It matters not a jot why or when they decided upon that course of action (as I explained) the simple fact is they have promised to stay away and therefore deprive other SPL clubs of revenue. That is a FACT. Therefore your spurious and frankly laughable argument that SPL chairmen will have to concern themselves with LOST revenue from Gers fans is beyond stupid.

You made an arse of yourself for all to see, learn from it and move on. <ok>

    Consider this a liquidation gift.

Its not as simple as saying yes or no though is it. Mugs from the RST and RSA have come out with comments before saying they are talking for the majority of fans.

They haven't promised a thing dear lad. For a full boycott to occur throughout the season then they need all the fans and fans group backing this.

This is not the case. But if it does happen then yes like a current SPL manager has already mentioned teams will have to alter their budget.

It isn't really though Dev, as at the moment,, the transfer embargo has been lifted, which would mean no boycott, which would mean money for the other clubs.

It doesn't matter any more. Rangers are finished. If a new club comes along and wants to gain entry to the league set up then they shall have to pay a heavy price to start at the top, or start at the bottom.

It will be interesting to see how many "loyal" supporters Rangers have and how many will jump ship to this new club.

    The company will be finished.

As Edge says, we support a football club not company 1433538.

So if you get to keep the history etc, why bother going through the last few months to try and get a cva? If you can walk away from the bad but keep the good parts of the club why doesn't everyone just do that????

If they want to keep their history etc. The newco will have to purchase the rights and all that before the liquidation of the oldco. tick tock

No , the newco can ask the liquidators to sell them the rights. Foras co-op didn't have to pay any of the tax bill after buying City's name and history.

No doubt Charlie will pay extra to ensure they keep it eh?

Provided he has the cash to pay the £5.5m and invest in a whole new side in the first place?!

Charles Green said this very week that David King opposing the CVA is an odd move as he should want to preserve the history of the club.

Anyone who heard that must immediately forget it <ok>

Operation Deluded Hun Bastards is officially underway.

Charles Green on possible failure to get CVA: "the history, the traditions, everything that is great about this club is swept aside"
