I trust mark Hughes and MR. If they say Green then i am happy. All keepers make mistakes (Seaman, Schmeichel,Gomez and Green) just like any other player does. If he is in the England squad he must have something more then other keepers.
There's probably a '*** paper' between Foster and Green. Foster has advantage for me being 3yrs younger. Either way, we will have made an upgrade from where we are at present - and that's all we are looking for this year. Upgrades through the spine of the team.
A good barometer is the fans of a club the players leaving reactions, and they're gutted, bang on form last season apparently. Foster 5 mill or Green for free, probably a no brainer innit.
I agree with you, I think Foster would be a better buy I'm happy with Green as well. Green suffered from a lack of confidence which is always bad for Keepers as 60 + % of the job is decision making and when they start to question themselves only god can help them. He seems to be over that now and returning to some decent form.
Would be very happy if this is true . Most important signing for us this season. We can build from this base now . Confirmation on Diakite would be much apppreciated now. Top half anyone????
