Ah, I do love the love-in's we have on our board. I notice a couple of reasonable posts on here get completely ignored by everyone (not just mine) and the slagging continues.......
It amazes me that a team who only escaped relegation by another teams result, has got the neck, to attempt to put down teams that finished in superior positions!
Why would Vorm leaving one of the brightest emerging clubs in the league to go to QPR? Shouldn't you be concentrating on signing the rejected players no-one else wants? Like Cisse, Ferdinand and Barton? There's more chance of Vorm coming to Anfield in a year or two (if Pepe has another shocker of a season).
There's enough delusion here already. Besides, nothing controversial I've said is about Liverpool, so I fail to see how that qualifies for the stereotype. Ask a neutral which club they think is better and which has potential and the winners will be Welsh.
Is this not a QPR post on a QPR message board - nobody invited any other clubs fans in to "discuss" who has the bigger balls...
Different season with different results mate. I believe our club has learned from their mistakes and dont make them again. Your team had their season in the "sun" and now its time to go back where you belong. In the long run money rules and that is the one thing we have. Better wait until we know our new signings but we should aim for the midtable positions like 8-12. It is just inevitable like your teams relegation battle next season.
No wonder your massive club haven't won the title in almost a quarter of a century. Payback for fans with no f**king idea. So every single neutral out there would prefer a non-english club playing the the english premier league with f*** all investment? Brilliant.
Didnt you say he wont go here but youll have him if you want? Why would he want to go to Liverpool, the annual underachievers. Swansea were only 5 points off you total. Which is better? Last year QPR, this season Swansea. Which has more potential? Us easily, with a new ground that will more than double our size, more investment and a good manager.
Why? For wages, exposure, national team opportunities, ambition, better team-mates etc etc. We're not what we were but we're still something. Didn't realise QPR fans were so arrogant, is that a stereotype as well?
Those are exactly the type of reasons he would go to QPR as well plus the added bonus of living in London. Liverpool are a joke at the moment. Racist incidents both on and off the pitch, the worst squad I have ever seen in my lifetime, new manager. Liverpool are not a big club any more.
For once Flyer is right. Liverpool fans can't be taken seriously as long as they continue to think they're one of the BIG Clubs.
my thoughts exactly, give it a week 'the SUN headline sparky puts bid in for phil parkes(whoever he is)
oh dear ascouse with no one to talk to ,did'nt liverpool have the knickname CAPITAL OF WALES once, you can have vorn we are going after every bloody keeper out of contract
This has to be one of the more thick comments!! We finished a point ahead of Bolton because of results over the ENTIRE season....NOT one result!! Most pundits wrote us off, looking at our run in, but we won our last 5 home games, beating Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs and of course Swansea, along with Stoke. That run of home form was a big factor, but the points are won and lost across the entire season!!
