Sunderland fan in peace re: nani. SAF got his tactics right, all played their part so whats nani's problem? Unless Luisnani17 is a knob and talking b*llcks.

    What the ****.

Nani nor Berbatov will be going anywhere. Fergie had a game plan. Nani will start the second leg and berbatov will come in with goals v Fulham and City.

    crisis over.

SAF can drop and play who he wants. So what if Nani was dropped. Its called squad rotation. He's always done this. Nani lovers get over yourselves. He's a damn good player and getting better but he's not a patch on Ronaldo's back. SAF has dropped bigger and better players and life goes on.

Perhaps Nani was dropped because SAF wanted a defensive performance like he normally does away in Europe, and so favoured the more workmanlike pairing of Park and Valencia. Doesn't always have to be a conspiracy.

People should grow up. The only person who knows why Nani was left on the bench is his manager. He has a reason behind every move and guess what, he does not need to explain himself to any of you. Trust in SAF, I think he has earned that.

Good lord, you mean SAF wanted to keep it solid at the back and keep a clean sheet whilst getting a vital away goal? Nah, that's crazy...without Nani we're bound to lose every game at least 3-0. Wait, what was the score again?

How many games has Nani actually played well in during this calendar year? I think him being dropped to the bench has been perfectly justified as we've won 2 tricky games without him and his form had not been good enough to warrant selection.

I agree his form has dropped when compared to that of earlier on in the season. IMHO he's still a good player and an integral part of Utd's attack though he's not the messiah like Nolhman would have us all believe.

I wonder if his form has suffered due to coming back too soon from the injury he got against Liverpool? That would also explain why he's being used more sparingly recently - he could still be recovering from what was expected to be a three week injury.

Possibly. I'm quite surprised at the reaction of some Utd fans to a player being dropped to the bench by SAF who is famed for using his squad to the fullest as well as choosing what he believes is his strongest 11 players for that particular match. SAF is no Rafa who changed his team for the sake of changing his team but makes changes based on form, fitness and who the hell he is playing.

Hizmo, it's a shame really because when you first came on this site you were quite popular (at least amongst us United fans). But you're really letting yourself down with this nolhman bromance. Now you're the second most unpopular guy on here :(

Have to second that. I find your defence of Nolhman quite confusing especially when you on 19th Feb 2011 said of Nolhman:

then on 4th March 2011 said again about Nolhman:

    Whats up lad?

Nanis form has dipped as he has been dropped. Valencia has been good but now we have lost the best of Nani. That injury he got has dented his confidence and Nani admitted this himself. Also now his form will get much worse as he is not as good on the left. His confidence will also be smashed after seeing that limited players like Charlie Adam have got above him in the awards for PFA.

Valencia has been good? Are you sure of this as last time you were criticising him.
