Let's work this out: swansea-London, London-swansea? eem big decision to make? As if any footballer would chose Swansea over London? Muppet post by you.
Anyone got the definition of what makes a bigger club????? Ground capacity, league titles, cup wins, seasons in the top flight, win % against the other...... Surely we can put forward many arguments to say we are a bigger club than the canaries or the swans.
If Sparky's prepared to offer US$7,729,500 for Foster then hes serious about getting in a good keeper.
Got me thinking about how many seasons we have spent in the top fight of football QPR 22 seasons Norwich 23 seasons Swansea 4 seasons Not saying that makes one better than the other, just an interesting fact
Hmmm, sadly as most games were a sell out in the home end and included taking part of the away end there would be little else we could do to increase the size of attendance. We dont have the benefit you do of being able to count heads!
But seriously, we shouldn't be those people always going about being a bigger club etc, to be fair I would also say we are a 'bigger' club than Swansea, but who really cares? Fulham were a tiny club with about 4 fans then Al-Fayed came and they stormed up 4 divisions to become mid-table safety in the PL, they might not be a big club, but they've done bloody well
We are at 100% capacity, they couldnt even get 20k how many years have they had in the PL? How many trophies have they won? Going by your logic, Sunderland are bigger than Spurs or if we got a 40k stadium then we would be bigger than Spurs.
Cracks me up these Swansea & Norwich fans. Obviously insecure the way they come on here bleating about 'being bigger' It's about MONEY With a £15k wage cap at Norwich they're going to struggle no matter how big or fat they are Swansea can't even be bothered to get a manager!!
Swansea shouldn't even be in the EPL. Would Dulwich f*cking Hamlet be eligible to play in the League of Wales? No they f*cking well would not. Case closed.
Hopefully with a stable summer and Hughes bringing in the right players our club should silence a few of the cross board wums. We should see a stable platform and more points on the board, fingers crossed. I must admit that I was impressed with the canaries capture of Hughton, someone I think has a lot of potential. I fear that if the 15k wage cap that they harp on about all the time remains in place then Hughton will be the eventual victim. I understand that Lambert produced a mid table team with those restraints but the players that represented them were not PL players last season, they have produced the goods in 11/12 and a la Holt will think they deserve more in 12/13. Lambert also had the 1st season surprise, and as much as people argue 2nd season syndrome sometimes happens.
The fact that Swansea are recognised as setting the standard on and of the field by the football fraternity, the fact that Swansea have provided two of the most talented young managers to the Premiership, with a third on his way this week, the fact that we had bigger gates than you last season, the fact that we weren't sat propping the table up all season, the fact that our fan base is a class above the Muppet's you have, and are, why would Vorm want to go to your cabbage patch in the bush! Dream on Muppets.......................
