    Morning all,

    Just wanted to say Hi to all from North Norfolk.
    I'm on a week holiday and it is brilliant, even if the weather isn't the best.
    Not even the news that some rotten bastard has tried to login my account has spoiled this week.
    Too all that are working and looking for something to do at the weekend, get your butts down to Sheringham. <blatantplugemoticon>
    The week has been pretty good tbh, and is going to get better tomorrow as CromerCanary has kindly offered to treat me to breakfast <ok>

    Regards to all

    Maestro

    Starve yourself from now so you can manage a proper breakfast! <ok>

    If it's the same one who tried to hack my account, his IP has been blocked, so he can't even come back with a new username anymore!

    Still no PC, did you put a stamp on it?

    <laugh>

    Enjoy the rest of your break, see you soon!

    <cheers>

    And after 10 minutes of that ultimate boredom, jump on a bus - or walk, over Beeston bump, 4 miles to the historic seaside metropolis that is CROMER.
    One thing I can promise you - you'll spend longer sauntering round our pier than you will Sheringham's <ok>

    Hope you have had a good time Meastro, I'm up in Norfolk next week, just on a weeks break in yarmouth, probably pop in and catch up with the relatives in Wroxham and probably head round the coast road to holkham beach and sheringham park, beautiful part of the country!

    Watch out for the cyclist/horses Guru! I was at Holkam beach a short while a go and they all seemed intent to kill me!

    I don't know if it's practical for you, but the Coasthopper bus runs every half hour between Cromer and Hunstanton. It stops at the Victoria pub in Holkham <ok>

    Agreed! It is criminal that they can charge that much. But I'm glad to have left the place alive to be honest!

    Got it yet Skipper?
    I did put a stamp on it, albeit 65th class, as that's all I could afford <laugh>

    Possibly the postman was so taken with the glorious scenery of the Mother County that he kept it for himself.

    Lovely weather for you Maestro!!!

    I took my newborn up to Wells and Holkham a couple of weeks ago and it was bad enough then but I'm sure you're still making the most of it. The place is still special no matter what the elements throw at you!

    Jellied eels for breakfast, then, instead of Cromer crab and avocado sarnies? :emoticon-0105-wink:

    Geez maestro those profile pictures look as feisty as where I have just got back from, mid Wales. Lots of flooding and high winds. Some poor homeowner had a river running through the conservatory. Luckily I wasn't camping

    No such things as Cromer Crabs. Their bloody boats are always off Sheringham trying to get the best crabs. <steam>

    So, if Cromer is world famous for it's legendary crabs, what is Sheringham famous for - besides sour grapes :emoticon-0136-giggl

    Good to meet up on Friday, let me know when you're up this way again <ok>

    Park up outside the high school in Wells and then 5 mins on the coasthopper!! The parking is free outside the school and the bus runs right past <ok>

    You don't even get the bit of free parking you used to get down there anymore now they have those noo-fangled machines on the job 24/7 <grr>

    For NOT having Cromer Crabs
    The NNR?
    The immortal Blyth and Wright!!! <laugh>

    Cromer does have the better pitch n putts, although I did enjoy working the Sheringham one a year or so back, brilliant when it was raining - sat in hut with lecky fire on watching TV - SORTED!!

    As it's a slightly nice day we're off to Pensthorpe in a bit....

    My memory of Cromer is swimming in the sea then noticing a turd floating past. Love both Cromer and Sheringham though.
