expat in thailand saying hello. i am new here

    Read an article on .twitter and thought that this forum might be perfect for me. I would also like to offer any rs fans coming to Thailand to see rangers here my services for any info you might need on having fun in Bangkok. I am excited about the visit as you can prob imagine. It's been 7 years since seeing the rs live at .LR. Hope to meet some of you one day. Cheers Coley

    Staines I had an experience like that a looong time ago somewhere in Thailand. May have been Koh Samui. I will always blame the Mekong whisky. Hello Coley.

    Is that the one thats meant to be laced with amphetamine ?? I wasn't too keen on Koh Samui myself (a bit too touristy). Thought Koh Pa Ngan was much better, but then again i spent 3 days off my head at the full moon party :)

    Spent sometime in Koh Samui in 1991. Went back a year later and had touristed up beyond recognition. Was forced to smoke something extremely strong to contain my disappointment and spent a fair bit of time on the comatose side of mellow, much to the girlfriends ( now wife's) disgust. Mind you, it made 'Dances with Wolves' an entirely engrossing film.
