He may not have under achieved but he certainly bollocked up the promotion push. Tactically inept, stubborn and also, not exactly accurate in his statements about the availability of funds. But as you say, that's in the past.

Let's look to next season and see who brucey brings in to bolster the squad :emoticon-0103-cool:

Look to the future like you say and agree to differ. Bruce has a lot of experience and hopefully can bring the best out of our young players.

No it doesn't! I really wish people would stop putting bollocks like that as if it is fact. What happened last month hasn't been undone and there are still several other concnerns.

The KC development is a loss to the City of Hull, no matter who fronts it. I will never understand why anyone thinks that the club purchase was to get the KC cheap, it simply does not stack up.

My point with the Allams Mel is if their business plans have failed or been turned down then why would they subsidise us? I really hope I'm wrong but businesspeople tend not to back ventures where there is no gain for them. I really hope they are the great philanthropic people that some think they are otherwise we will be in the **** somewhere down the line.

It's all written down here so people can make their own minds up, sorry if I had to be the one to make some serious points and not just write a load of sunshiney claptrap

What hurts the like of golden nuts and others and me is how quickly some of you turned the page on NB... we're not talking ian dowie... we're talking about a guy who loved this club, who gave many of his years services, who probably didn't want the job in the first place but took it to help us... I don't care how **** he was as a manager or past it as a player, you don't treat people that way. And you fans should be ashamed to have "moved on" without a thanks or even a little fight for him. END OF.

You think they're gonna want all that money back from the hospital, library, University, hospice etc etc? Dear god, you're right man, they want to buy ALL of Hull and turn it into ... something something something...

How could we be so blind?!?!

Well Bruce sounds as he is learning fast cos when asked what kind of budget he had been promised he said "I am not going to tell you that" Overall I think he came across well, unfortunately I did not hear it all so am not sure how Dr Allam came across. I think Cheshire Ben has a big problem with people who don't see things his way and no amount of arguing will change that. There really isn't any point in saying anything else but like I said in my previous post I am optimistic that the club can be successful now but Steve Bruce has to be very very careful in how he handles the owners.

What pisses me off if people with blinkers on who can't see past one single thing. Usually people who claim the people who don't think like them are blinkered...yes ironic I know...

You have NO idea what went on, you've no idea what Nick said or did. I don't care how much of a legend he was, he doesn't have the right to be automatically be assumed to be the victim in any of this, especially when he is more than likely at least 50% responsible for what happened.

Ash was more of a legend than Nick was, christ for me, Deano is my biggest legend, I don't see people crying over them being treated badly. I get they weren't sacked, but the points still valid. People make mistakes, or decisions and we move on. In 5 years time we won't even think about Nick.

My opinion on them hasn't changed. I'm still extremely thankful they saved the club, I still think the way they have treat Nick is nothing short of appalling, yet I'm still and always will be a Hull City Fan.

Yes they seem to have made a good appointment and probably much better than we could really have expected, and way better than a lot of the names mentioned. I really hope they back the new manager with the required money for transfer fees or wages and wd have a very successful season.

I'm certainly not going to love them or trust them a lot more because they have made what looks like a good appointment, but what I will does turn up every week and give the manager and team my full support, just like I have done every manager (yes, even Dowie!!). Thankfully I don't have to support the Allams and therefore I'm quite happy.

None of us can truely say that the club was up for sale, there is no evidence just one well placed member hsa said. You can not believe him 100%, he said Bruce was not approached, he clearly had being. So we can not state the club is up for sale.

Also anyone who thinks not building on or buying the KC stadium is a good thing is an idiot really, and has not learnt the new FPP rules. If we managed to bring the KC stadium into Hull Citys control it would allow us to include the income within our finances, we could then substantial increase our playing staff wages and invest far more in the squad, without it we loss a great deal if income and then have to cut the wage bill. Simple.

I rate Bruce he has made some great signings in the past, and if he can bring his scouts and his team with him i think he will succeed. Lets not expect miracles nor millions to be spent.

I don't see how I am blinkered by choosing not to just nod and agree to everything the Allams can do.

Circa, are you being dense on purpose? The entire point, and everything Ive said around Nick is that I am not blaming Nick entirely and Im not backing the Allams 100% either, because we do not know what the **** happened! Until we know what happened, I will sit on the fence and take the stance that both sides are to blame because on the evidence available, thats what it looks like.

Why is it that the suggestion that Nick might be partly responsible seems to annoy you and some others and implys thats the people who think that way are Allam cheerleaders? He's not a ****ing saint.

Im gonna give up on the whole blindly following the Allams, holding a grudge against them for ever ****e because honestly, I give up, the blinkers are narrower than I thought.

I wish people on here would stop saying the Allams are categorically right or wrong, the fact is we don't know everything that has gone is and is going on. Apologies to Bum Chin in any case I'm sure you're not a moron but why use todays good news to bring this up again.
