"Of course I get frustrated when I get the police giving me advice on how to behave in Scotland, given the culture we operate in, and when people send me inappropriate emails and messages but I've learned to live with that and put it down to experience." tic fans still emailing everybody with threats of what will happen if they don't kick rangers out.
I'm no expert on insolvency but I'm sure i read the creditors would get the same pence in the pound if they got a CVA or Liquidated - that didn't make sense to me then and it still doesn't - surely they would get more due to the sale of murray park and (ibrox?) other assets owned by the club Either way the taxman obviously doesn't trust duff and duffer to run things should liquidation actually happen
After the way rangers fans reacted to the individuals who imposed sanctions on your club and after the police had to get involved the last time i can't believe the brass neck o that comment Oh wait, you're all thick as **** so maybe i can (apologies to gambol and some of the more reasonable huns)
As I understand it Duff and Phelps are either not allowed to liquidate a company they are in administration of or they don't do liquidation Murry Park and Ibrox are not confirmed assets of rangers....might belong to Whyte So I've heard anyway
Why are you trying to go on rangers media? You looking to see if George Peat posts on it, or is it simply because you have a massive obsession with Rangers?
Curious. Someone just told me that they'll get more out of liquidation (well, HMRC will at any rate). If this is the case, it's game over, surely. Appointing liquidators (to my layman's eyes) would be a very silly (and costly) thing to do if you're planning on accepting a CVA. **** knows. We'll all find out next week, eh?
So you've heard. It seems you hear a lot of things that turn out to be complete ****. Either don't talk ramblings off tic boards seriously or stop making **** up.
Stephen Thompson believes... Dave King predicts... noSTradamus. Whats the lottos number for tonight ya ugly bastard?
Not saying I know or understand this issue but read this morning that basically the assets of rangers, ibrox, Murray park, car park, first team squad, trade marks etc were valued at close to £105m. The cva offers £5m basically, after d&p fees and newco even less for what is worth a lot more. The tax man apparently don't agree with D&P figures, hence their own people to liquidate for the best price. That may not mean selling to someone who wants to run a football team though
Wrong about most things. Still waiting on that quote were I showed my support for some far right politican.
Dunno if this is good or bad news for you guys but it seems that the season ticket renewals have been sent out http://www.google.com/hostednews/uk...tOKDGqdyBQEuXaqkw?docId=N0168471339164804418A
