It's a good appointment for them I'm sorry to say, I think they'll be fine next season, they've got something about them. Swansea on the other hand........ I fancy them for the drop, big time.
Hughton is a good Championship manager, but a bad Premiership manager IMO, a bit like Colin. Lambo was far better.
To be fair, he was hardly given the chance to show what sort of PL manager he was. I think he got 19 points from 17 games with Toon in the PL. But Ashley will no doubt believe the decision to replace him with Pardew has been vindicated big time. Oooh! Just got deja vu.
Which is why they will be smaller selling clubs in perpetuity. Good luck to them. Couple of seasons ago Norwich were staring at the abyss, didn't like the look of it and have battened down the hatches and been financially conservative ever since, with huge success. We, on the other hand, dived straight into the abyss, crawled out, had to be forcibly restrained from jumping straight back in and still are going for it hell for leather. Totally different mentality, there's room for both. I've got a season ticket for the rollercoaster; the Norwich lads prefer the merry-go-round.
We scored more than you and conceded less. I'd say he done a pretty good job. As for you all thinking were destined for the drop (again!) and that you are guaranteed safety - clearly some people just don't learn, so keep on wishing ... Ps. How have we got on head to head? Weve sussed your style. Just dont get drawn forward and youll beat Swansea. A lot of teams will have learnt that too. You can have 70% of the possession but it will all be in your own half. Swansea are the most boring team Ive seen the Liverpool of the 80s.

We've had a very entertaining season, scoring more goals than you, winning more games than you and getting the better results/more scalps than you. Exactly what part of that would you not consider entertaining?
I think the swans will be ok this season, they are difficult to beat, and have a good home record. Providing they don't lose too many players.

Hes still unproven for me, you could say Warnock was a good PL manager if you judged him after 1/3rd of a season but hes clearly not.

Fact is, we scored more goals than you, won more home games than you, won more away games than you, conceded a **** load less than you, and lost fewer games than you.
