    My thoughts exactly.

He had a handful of excellent games last season but was much less effective than when we won the NPC. There were rumours that he was carrying an injury last season which might explain the apparent decline, as well as the greater demands of the PL, of course. I thought he was our banker to do well in the Premier League but I was disappointed. He's always seemed reluctant to come off his line for crosses and corners but his shot-stopping was less impressive last season as well.

I think any 28 year old footballer would be happy to be called 19 Oz ;) He's a little older than you made him, but at 28 he has that perfect age for a keeper to kick on.

Fair enough but the only reason he got the England gig and still gets it is because Foster is even more dodgy.

Foster has made himself 'unavailable for selection' for England, otherwise he'd be second choice after Hart. Bad injury record though.
The other one, Forster, looks like he will sign for Celtic.

Aye but was that because he fell down the pecking order? I seem to remember Green taking his place after a few Howlers, pre-Hart era.

I dont, hes another Lee camp for me, great if you look at the flashy saves but not so good when you take everything else into account.

I agree he was like that, greast saves, flashy sometimes, but also made too many mistakes. But think he was a lot better this last season.
