Looks like news just in that we have lost out on our bid for the Battersea Power Station.

I wonder what the big cats at the bridge are going to suggest now

I thought Earls Court had gone too.
    Very limited options now.

Good - South London already has a Rampant Lion, we don't need a toothless tamed one as well <ok>

Earls Court is already under development with another company/project.

Only option is to extend the bridge but there is so many complications with it

Yep,options are becoming increasingly limited and from what the club has already said it seems developing the Bridge is not going to happen and is not commercially viable anyway.
RA has done magnificent things for this club and yet there are people who think he should still spend hundreds of millions more for zero, even a negative, return.
If UEFA do eventually stick with FFP we could be out on the fringes for sure.

Battersea Power Station was always going to be a difficult target! I just wonder if Hammersmith and Fulham who are desperate to keep us, might help concieve ways of allowing us to enlarge SB. We cant go east(cemetary) west (sheltered housing)---but North...a bridge across the railway possibly ?? or south as we used to when we often let 60k plus on many occasions but staggered egress?

    So now it's either -

    - Increase the size of Stamford Bridge
    - Relocate to a temporary placement for a few years and completely rebuild the Bridge
    - Find somewhere else (but where else would be possible)

Two days in a row that some Malaysian company has fucked over a team in blue.

Increasing the size of SB is not economically viable. It's not being considered.

Edit: wow, please say you're joking Roman's Advisor!

I'm disappointed Chelsea lose out on Battersea Power Station. We can not increase the capacity of Stamford Bridge that was the point of purchasing land to develop and construct a new stadium on it. There is limited options now but Chelsea are looking at one of those options.

Don't want you muppets anywhere near us! Stay at SB or move to Russia with your owner.
i reckon if you got rid of all those tourists SB would be big enough for you.
    <ok>

Do those tourists include away fans who desert their team after 70 mins? 6-1!

Glory hunters come with success. Hopefully we will have more success and consequently more glory hunters along the way, although we will never match United and Liverpool in that department.

When did you switch from Liverpool to Rangers, Ellers. You were saying on another thread around 88, I recall.
