another new season is nearly here

Today the draw is made for the league cup now renamed the capitol one cup.will it be col u again.that would be a nice start to the new season

 

The odds must be 100/1. Well actually, (n-1) to 1 where n is the number of teams in the draw.

 

All the league clubs bar 2 are in the first round

 

Is that league clubs as at the end of last season or as at the start of this season Rocky?

I was thinking of Hereford/Macclesfield and Fleetwood/York
