If he was a real red he could bring fame to the club and pounds.

How can someone whose very raison d'etre relies on total anonymity bring 'fame to the club and pounds'?

He is the worlds most famous urban artist. 300, 000 visited his exhibition at the Citys museum. It is estimated that was worth twenty million to Bristols economy. One mural at the ground would be worth tens of thousands via t shirts sales posters along with the wall itself then add the publicity.

The Queen thing by incwell made the nationals because it was a might have been.

That bird left side has generated thousands of pounds via badges, t shirts and art. Somebody did put a word into his ex press secretarys ear who is 100% a city fan. Sorry to dissapoint but he does not seem really to be a city fan.

Banksy might not be a red could even be a gas as he used to paint on gas territory not south Bristol.

I'm confused are we arguing about Banksy the heating engineer or Banksy the artist?

Well it's quite clear after reading this thread that both Banksy and Banksyisourhero (but are they both one and the same?<laugh>) are Gasheads - welcome gents, glad to see you've come over from the dark side. This is true because Three Lions said so.

By the way, Three Lions - Banksy only painted on Gas territory because every square inch of rubble-strewn, Homs-esque south Bristol has already been covered with graffitti. And poo. ;)
