Hes a liability plain and simple. Lescott benefited from Kompany while Rio had to help Evans, Smalling and Jones. Totally agree - which is why we must all write to Nelson Mandella to get FIFA to independently investigate the FA BEFORE the Euros. Both FIFA and UEFA (and the FA for that matter) have charters which srictly forbid its member nations from excluding players on the basis of race. There is enough evidence to suggest a conspiracy at the heart of the FA - enough for Sepp Blatter to immediately set up an 'independent' panel to investigate these underhand shenanigans. I'm sure Sepp can find two honest, hard-working FIFA journeyman to accompany one of their placeman lawyers and come up with an eight competitive game ban for the FA, and then listen afterwards to see whether the FA actually have a defence against the charge. Hodgson is a big friend of Fergie's, I am sure he took Fergie's advice and thus decided to select someone who could, if neccessary, play the required amount of games!
