Typical if he played for Arsenal or any other club he would get the work permit no problems but because Man Utd want him they are making it harder.
What I don't understand is that he has been playing in Europe already so why was he allowed to play for Dortmond.
Kagawa has just signed his deal, confirmed on bbc, sky sports and espn just now!!! The deal is for 29 million and he is on £9 an hour

I'd be happy with Modric, but Baines I'm not so sure about, not that I don't think he's a very good left back because I do, but he apparently has a £20 million price tag and at 27 he's hardly going to be a long term replacement for Evra, I would much rather we looked at a younger full back like Cissokho, Digne or Alba, someone we could get a few more years out of.
Manchester United step up interest in Everton full-back Baines Sir Alex Ferguson is willing to offer Ji-Sung Park or one of Da Silva twins on temporary deals to push through a move for England left-back as a long-term Patrice Evra replacement - http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896...ted-step-up-interest-in-baines-with-sweetener
dutch reporter hugo borst reports strootman will seal a deal to #mufc in the next 5 days in a deal worth £11m
Its bullshit Rush. Came from another account and that tweet was made up. However dont write off this guy being at United by the start of the season. He would fit Fergies tranfer policy perfectly and we would have a right player on our hands.
Good prospect actually, I'm not going to pretend I've seen him play loads or any bullshit like that but he's a Dutch international at CM and that to me means good. Plays for PSV, they always produce good players and we've signed some of their best, think Stam, van Nistelrooy and, ahem, Park. Ok, Stam and van Nistelrooy but you get my point. He'll probably double in value over the euro's.
It probably is nonsense as its from twitter. Anyone can make an account and starting making rumours up.
