    English translation

Gylfi Thor Sigurdsson international football, said in an interview with mbl.is that it was not clear where he will play next season. As is known, then Gylfi contract to the German team Hoffenheim and has two years left on his contract with the company while he was on loan at Swansea late season in the Premier League and made the great things.

"It's just unclear at this moment where I come to a play. I'd like to play on with Swansea since I was really happy there, but after Brendan Rodgers left the club for Liverpool changed the situation for it, "said Gylfi Thor told the mbl.is.

Gylfi in recent days been linked with Liverpool, but Brendan Rodgers has made a post he would like to receive Gylfi in their series to him in the market.

    Asked whether it komi eligible to play for Liverpool said Gylfi to mbl.is;

"I have said that my desire to continue playing in the Premier League and Liverpool is completely considered. Liverpool is a big club that has a glorious history. English Premier League is the platform that I want to be and hopefully is that I continue to play in that division. I expect not to stay at Swansea as the uncertainty going on there and not clear who is boss, "said Gylfi.

Do you have any discussions with Brendan about a possible transfer to Liverpool?

"No, but I got in touch with him when he was appointed Liverpool manager. I wish him congratulations and thanked him for a great time at Swansea, "said Gylfi.

I saw it on Vital mate, Brendan with his promises, really the guy is a snake in the grass with this, Siggy will be a bit part player, and is interested in the cash and not first team opportunties, don't blame the kid, but there you go!

    Whatever will be, will be.

If Gylfi wants first team football he should come here. If he wants a repeat of his bench-warming experience in Germany then he should go to liverpool. He might want to have a chat with de vries first to see if he's got any suggestions on how to keep himself busy during his bench warming in the long winter months.

One thing I would add, this time last year none of us had ever heard of him. There are other players out there in a similar position, I'm confident huw and the new manager will have the guile and status to bring in the players we need.

    Onwards and upwards!

" I have said my desire to continuing playing in the Premier and Liverpool is completely considered " I remember the first time he said that ( if that's the actual quote Lol ) this moment would happen . Both great for the team , bit over rated IMO but we'll see what the next season brings to both & the 12 or so million they represent do for us , financial evolution .

Siggy is just doing what anyone else would do in this situation - considering his options. It's obvious that he needs to see who the new manager is and speak to him before making a decision on whether to come here or not.

And Siggy confirms in the interview that he hasn't spoken to Brendan.

"'I expect not to stay at Swansea because of the uncertainty going on there as it is not clear who is boss." is a strange comment. He makes the relitively short period of choosing candidates for manager seem like a perminant long-term state.

Sky saying, he's said the Swans deal is off, and is interested in Liverpool. So we now know is money related, we can now move on. Onwards and Upwards.

    Has anyone seen he interview?

I only ask as the snippets I have read are made up of poor English. When Siggy spoke after the games, his English is spot on, as you would expect, whereas these comments seem like a Frenchman has said them.

Was a mistake IMO to pay 7 million , I'm actually happy with the outcome over Sig . Same as Buck .. between 5 & 7 million for him is a mistake by Liverpool , but there getting used to mistakes these days . Many , many thanks to Sig & Buck for what they did while here & the benefits of there leaving also .

The only way I want Dos Santos is an outright sale & I don't think we'll do that.
