I wanted to put a few quid on group winners and this and that at Euro 2012, normally I'd get a coupon but thought I'd try it online. Saw this offer so signed up with William Hill and deposited a whole £50: http://www2.williamhill.com/euro2012-betting I entered the promo code when I registered. So, I've bet £25 on Germany to beat Denmark but I can't see anywhere how to use my free £25 bet. Was I supposed to bet on tournament winners? Have I bolloxed it up?
They might not apply free bets until the first bet is settled, which is standard practice - get on to live chat and ask CS to credit it.

Cheers Mike, you were right, the free bet will appear once the first bet is settled. Apparently it's all in the T&Cs (which make War & Peace look like a short story).
