A number of people protesting over PSNI raids in the Derry area over the past number of days were involved in scuffles with police as the Olympic Torch made its way towards the Peace Bridge. The Olympic Torch bearers had to make a detour from their official path, jump over barriers which seperated the dual carriageway, clamber over a wall and make their way onto the Peace Bridge as scuffles broke out behind them.
