A very taelnted player but there is a massive issue with selfishness in his game. Nothing that Fergie can't deal with though. United will be a good move.
This guy is part of what we've been missing for a few years. More consistent than Nani(by the looks of things). Great footwork, vision and shot. Can't wait!!!
Really, is it that shocking. Both contributed 21 goals or assists last season but Kagawa did it in less games. Neither were much cop in Europe. Silva has better players around him where Kagawa has good but not as good players around him. There very close, last season Kagawa helped his team to more so on that and the fact it is very close kagawa wins for me.
Looks a great signing, not just because of his talent but what he can bring to the team. I think Hernandez has suffered a bit because of a lack of quality through balls and Kagawa can deliver fantastic passes with vision. Also think the close, fast link up play between him, Nani and Rooney would be phenomenal. If he plays in the center though and we go 4 in midfield I can't see Carrick as the type of player who can partner him.
The through ball with the outside of his foot @1.32 is ****ing material, this lad could be huge for us.Our new number 7?
On top of his technical skills, he's got great energy and takes a risk... something we've needed.. His performance against Koln (hat-trick and two assists) was terrific... Really pleased with this. looks like Alba or Baines may be in soon too
A question ? He was transferred from Osaka to Dortmund for 350000 euros in 2010. Does anyone else think that is astonishing these days? Why did the Japanese club let him go for such a low sum, for Dortmund to make a killing in just 2 years?
There is no history of Japanese players moving to Europe for big money so there was no way of judging how he might do. Theres literllay a handful of players from Asia who have made it in Europe so the fee represented the risk Dortmund took. It paid off for them of course with 2 titles and a german cup but they got him cheap looking back, even us, United have got this lad at a steal.
One thing is for sure, he will not be playing in central midfield! If he does, it is a wasted signing in my opinion. He is a great player and will push Rooney further forward. Kagawa will play behind Rooney! He is better than both Welbeck and Hernandez in the goals department and will be a great link up player and is also creative. It's a great signing if we use him well. We still need a new central midfielder though, just not a striker. Welbeck and Hernandez will play a more back up role next season. Watching Kagawa, it is clear he likes to play a lot of one 2s and likes to play quick short pass football.
Aslong as your not a banned member returning ( we have issues with them so apologise if any offence caused ) welcome to Not606 Man Utd board. Look out for Swarbs, hes the groomer round here and if you need any rubbish moving our waste disposal expert Berbs will assist you. Jokes aside, welcome.
Personally I would keep Fabio and bed him in this season using Evans as cover for both CB and LB if Evra and Fabio get injured. We dont need a left back when we have 2 out and out left backs and a player more than capable of playing there if needed. Fabio will become a great player, better than Rafael who will also become great, United need to give Fabio the minutes like we have done to his brother. I would now go and spend £25-30million on Martinez before Spain play in the Euros and be done for the summer in terms of players coming in. Perhaps Asamoah aswell if cheap enough or we can use Pogba in the deal the lanky knobhead.
