As a follow on from my thread yesterday about football tops I have a question. My boy wanted Xavi on the back of his Spain top (couldn't get him an Ireland top as he is a Prod and lives in Ballymena) and the girl in JJB said that they are only allowed to put Torres and Fabregas on the back. The Spanish FA have said as much. What is that all about? Have Googled and cant see anything. What's the story? Ps. Just back home there and still half drunk here and eyeing up the Stella in the fridge
Judging by the JJB website you only have a choice of four: Iniesta, Villa, Fabregas & Torres http://www.jjbsports.com/spain boys home shirt 2012/13 (junior)/football-sale/shop/fcp-product/27320 Why? No idea.
Blonde bitch told me only two I thought she had ****ed up someones order and needed to palm off a Torres or Fabregas shirt.
Tenner on top of the 49 notes for the shirt. Rip off merchant bastards and now firmly in the, erm, firing line. BOYCOTT!
Maybe the Spanish FA have an agreement with kit manufacturers Adidas to only use Adidas affiliated players?
Same reason they don't personalise names on the back of tops anymore. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
It shouldn't be a big deal: a person from one province of the United Kingdom supporting another United Kingdom team at a major tournament.
