Your embarrassing yourself! Your original post mentioned back of the head / ear which would suggest in the ear region. As you can only see 1ear you are talking crap on a 50/50 guess!!!!
You really should read things before jumping the gun mate,i never said Barton got punched on the back of his head/ear Barton said it himself on his twitter account,and unless you can show evidence that the back of his head is his facial area i'll keep an open mind as to who gave out the facial injuries. Barton like myself is from Huyton and his family reputation follows him everywhere(not right,but the lad courts controversy off his own bat everywhere he goes),he could have gone anywhere but to a gay club in town for a night out,a real 'celebrity' would have not gone there.
Half his face is not shown on the photo. If you were struck roughly to what is known as the 'mandibular angle' nerve area you would describe it as punch to the back of the head but could easily be facial injury. My point is you can't see half his face. You will note I'm not defending him at any point just highlighting inaccurracies on what is posted. In addition those posting photos could be held in contempt of court for posting photos that would prejudice an ongoing case. Eg you as it would infringe his article 6 ECHR right to a fair trial! I reiterate you plum!!
Listen Rumpole of the Bailey i posted a story by the 'Liverpool Echo' and credited the picture printed in their newspaper and on their website to them by posting a link to the article/site. Now any prospective juror in any courtcase that might occur because of the fracas might read your prejudicial explanation of events in Mr Barton's favour and thus be influenced.
I've stuck to facts and not offered an opinion either way. You should note that forwarding a photo from someone else is no defence despite your best effort to explain it away so why not head back to your own board! Bye
