I think we're all getting behind the team, that's not what is being questioned here The decision to leave out Ferdinand, when he still represents a decent choice for CB given his performances - and coupled with the fact that he has great experience at International tournament and the fact that he still wasn't drafted into the squad after Cahill was ruled out - is what is being called into question.

You should read the comments - so far UIR has openly said he is not behind the team and BP has called Hodgson a "card board cut out of a manager", whilst also claiming our wis over two good sides means nothing. A little more than just the Ferdindand debate IN terms of Ferdinand - he isnt going because Hodgson thinks he is not good enough for what he wants to do - thats what he said - "footballing reasons"

Me calling Hodgson a cardboard cut out would suggest he is not in charge. I will state again that this is down to Ferdinands exclusion from the squad due to Cahills injury and the inclusion of a very inexperienced Kelly. Originally I would have gone with footballing reasons but I am unwilling to see this as a footballing decision because Rio's talent and his exclusion would suggest otherwise. It's a valid statement in my opinion.
