Am I the only one who couldnât give a toss about the Euros? I will watch them because itâs the only football on over the summer but I would honestly take Sunderland winning the League Cup over England winning the Euros. I used to watch all the England matches and have been to international games and tournaments in the past but I think too many let downs by the so called golden generation of English football has soured it for me.
Id quite happily see England fail to qualify for any future tournament if it meant us winning a cup. Henderson and Kelly being picked stinks
I never seem to agree with the team selection. I always feel there could be better players and tactics employed that would make us better and it always seems like evrybody can see it except the manager
It's become a shambles with the way the squad has been handled. I don't give 2 ****s if Richards refused stand by, he should have been in the squad. Jagielka should have been a shoe-in, needed an injury to get in. Holt was overlooked, and **** me he could have been a weapon. I like Roy, but I think he's ****ed it.
It's better that we go into the tournament expecting nothing. We may suprise ourselves that way. We will all be cheering them on when it kicks off, its in the blood. I went to my first England game against Belgium, got to say the cockneys are biased with anyone who plays for a London team. A definite north south devide.

I will get behind the team cos thats what we do, but too many disappointments make me expect nothing from the tournament
I think its a disgrace Terry's court case was put off untill after the Euros. It didnt put out a good message for me, if their serious about getting racism out of the game it should have been dealt with at the earliest chance. Plus he's a twat

I havent bothered much about the England team since they shafted super Kev, I know as a club our players have very infrequently represented the national team, but the few who have made it have suffered from the experience and certainly not blossomed, it is for that reason the England set up leaves me cold and I care not a jot how they get on this summer.
Isn’t it great though that hundreds of players don’t agree with some above & will be wearing their hearts on their sleeves whilst doing their very best for their country regardless of what some think for the sake of attempting to become Champions of Europe. Good Luck to all players.
Serious question. Is it because we are Northern that we do not care for the London centric England team? How many SAFC and NUFC players make the squad on a regular basis? Hardly any!
