I'm not defending anything he's done before but he has been dealt with for it. My post relates to the double standards being posted, or do we just decend into a vigilante state where anybody who does something cannot reform and deserves to be attacked at will. How far is acceptable? 1,2,3,10 punches, a few kicks, perhaps some broken bones.........

 

I'm not condoning it either,what im saying is his past will 'always' be there to kick him in the nuts,every town/city has idiots with a similar mindset to Barton's and if he flaunts himself they'll always be around to wind him up/challenge him or whatever.

There are plenty of quieter places he could have gone to for a night out but he chose being in the limelight in a club in town.

 

I think people need to be reminded that Barton knocked a 16-year old's teeth out whilst clubbing in Liverpool a few years back. He punched the kid 'upto 20 times'.

Well said, Brix. I do wish some contributors would tackle the ball and not the man. Some of the aggressive swearing and insulting words like 'bell-end' are too much for us more sensitive souls.

I dont. Im not pro violence and as barton has did some he is always paid for them. Ridicilous post.

 

Not at all its a cowards way 2v1 and with his girlfriend there. If it were Diouf would still feel the same as I have seen the aftermath of violent attacks so don't condone any such actions.

Swords remove the name Barton and look at it again man and partner walking home, two men approach shouting insults then the men attack the lone one.... do you agree with their actions??

 

JT already did that himself by becoming the laughing stock of football by being banned from CC final yet still being in full kit and celebrating like he had played.... priceless lack of dignity and class

As for these so-called insults, we've had 'bell-end' from Nines and 'helmet' from Sku so far (neither of whom get anywhere near Swords for proper cussing!). Can I add 'dickhead' to score three of a kind!!!

 

In what way was that a ridiculous post, Igor? Just have a trawl through the recent history on this site and there is so much hate for Terry, as there was for Diouf in the past.
