There will have to be quite a few new stadiums if they want to host the euros in 2022 or whenever, you are only allowed one per city and they need to have around 10, there are many big capacity GAA stadiums in Ireland but they sadly are no way fit to host international football, Wales has the Millenium, Scotland has 3 but they're all in Glasgow.

Scotland has Murrayfield in Edinburgh which I'm sure would be opened up and they have a few provincial grounds that could be tarted up a bit. Thomond Park in Limerick could be a goer with the final two stands built. Are you sure you're only allowed one per City?
