This. The exact reason why clubs always find it so difficult to wish you well. In all fairness most of the comments on here have been pretty decent, but then it only takes one or two idiots telling us we don't belong in the 'english leagues' blah blah blah to set everything off. Shame.
I dont hate Swansea but you dont belong in our leagues, especially when you were governed by your own FA playing by different rules and the FAW were laughable rescinding every red card Cardiff ever got for years.
You realise we were invited into the football pyramid way before any of us on here were born yes? We've played here longer than a lot of English clubs. Get over yourself and get a grip on reality, We are a welsh club playing in the premier league on merit, nothing else. Deal with it. As for the FAW of Cardiff, yes they are a bunch of incompetent halfwits - much like a number of you on here - and we have tried to leave them for years. But when they threaten us that we will be banned from playing our league games in Wales it's a tad difficult. In future, do some actual reading before you comment. It may prevent you looking so foolish.
You won't get criticism from me, swans-m. You provided great value in the Prem last season, and indeed in the Championship the year before and what a win against the plastic hoops in the play off final. I hope you continue playing great looking football, stay in the Prem (as the only Welsh side) and continue to drop points to us!

We dropped 4 points to you and 6 to Norwich but managed to finish higher. Id take the same again so long as it doesn't mean we finish 18th!
Absolutely, and I have a soft spot for the Swans, my wife's family are from Ystradgynlais, so my kids are half Welsh (only causes problems with the rugby though, where they have made the wrong choice re nationality and i find myself in a minority in my own house). I am a bit confused about the obsession that Swans, Rs and Norwich fans seem to have with each other though.
It doesnt matter if you were invited or applied, you should be playing in the welsh leagues, Id say the same if Celtic and Rangers joined the PL.
I think it's more of a comparison than an obsession to be honest. We all came up together so were all on a relatively level playing field. Be pointless comparing ourselves to say everton or even fulham as both are established premier league teams. We're all still finding our feet for now.
Fair enough guys. I'll revise my observations and just hope that we finish one place above both Swansea, Norwich and hopefully at least one other !

Again it's not about being sensitive, it's about sticking up for your club. Why should I let some ill informed buffoon spout what they like without any reaction? Most clubs have the odd one or two which is accepted. Your club seems to have a significant number of them. My responses are not aimed at the decent posters, just at the number of morons you have.
You can talk, they have to cancel the national anthem due to the wide number of morons you have at your clubs.
