Foreign owners

The problem is which rich foreign owners they dont understand football. Your owners are proving that along with Blackburns. Our owners thought get a big name manager (Sven) throw some money at it and the Beckham's, Henry's, Hargreaves', Yakubu's and Keane's of this world would be queing up to sign. They now realise that isnt the case but it was a very expensive lesson. But you cant fault the commitment or passion for sucess or to the club

 

One of our owners is English, the other has lived and worked in the UK for over 40 years starting off as an average person and establishing their wealth after getting here. Their lack of football knowledge is nothing to do with their wealth or being foreign.

 

Foxy, nice try, our owners are not foreign. Like Ricardo says, and tbh I consider Dr Allam one of us now anyhow.

They haven't swooped in from abroad trying to buy a toy or plaything, they're locals, doing it for the locals and trying to make sure it stays around a long time, with success too. Unlike your owners.

Oh there is plenty of English owners who don't understand football either....Bates springs to mind.

Family members and the Allams have crossed business paths on many occasions in the past- in the 80s and 90s . Ive never regarded AA as "foreign" and TBH the foxes have turned this thread into the sort of thing Panorama are expecting to happen in the Euros.
