Jason Mohamad had a phone-in on Rodgers this a.m.,and I seem to recall him saying there was a clause in Rodgers' contract to the effect that he couldn't sign any players for 12 months. Typical Mohamad bias though. The programme was aimed at eliciting comments from Swans' fans,but he had a load of bloob numpties on giving their green eyed opinions.
Whilst grateful to our former Manager for what he's achieved I care little about him or Liverpool now he's gone. The most important issues have to be (1) No players follow him; (2) Ensuring Pascoe DOES follow him; (3) None of our players follow him.

Number two is a MUST! I really don't think Brendan would come to us for players though. Regardless of what has happened, he loved it here and I oubt he would disrupt the team that gave him his second chance in football. But with everything, I could be wrong.
I do hope that there is a clause regarding our players not being poached, he's already taken the conditioning coach and analyst and these two have served us well so will need to be replaced like for like if possible. As for Pascoe I'm not really that bothered he's gone.

whether he does good or not is immaterial as it was his goal to manage a big club and he has done it,,,,i hope he does well and if he dont then he dont have to worry where the next penny is going to come from for the rest of his life...good move i would say..
