I understand that Norfolk, but that was just one man, Colin Pascoe has been at this club, for as long as I can remember, and although I don't rate him, he was not someone that Rodgers brought in, it just gets my back up when these things happen, and I hope he crashes and burns at Liverpool, we have had one two many of these managers ripping the heart out of our club, and our board will need to bring in preventative measures sooner than later!....
Oh come on its pascoe how much has he actually aided the position we are in ? And I don't blame him for going as this will be his only opportunity to earn good money left to him. Like its been mentioned if he is committed to the swans we don't really want him here.
The loss of Pascoe is a logistical issue in the short term. Immediately upon the conclusion of this piece of business, HJ is probably going to turn to Curtis and Pascoe to prepare for the start of pre-season as he did at the end of Martinez and Sousa, except this time it wil be Curtis by himself. I would expect that on an interim basis we bring in somebody like a Brian Flynn to assist Curtis. It could take us a week to find a new manager, or worst case scenario we are still negotiating etc when come pre-season, either way we need to ensure that some continuity on the player preparation front is in place - Curtis will need assistance in that regard, it would be unfair to expect otherwise.
Pascoe going is not a major issue , good move for him as he may have found him self out of the door when the next messiah arrives. We had a few bob back off his departure so that'll go some way of paying for the Academy which we really need to be looking at .
