Why the delay?

    Swansea have long since announce that Rodgers is leaving (through official website) - what is the hold-up from our end for releasing a press-release? Does anyone think/know we are waiting on other news first to release one super press-release ie Stadium, DoF AND manager all at once?

    Latest is that Lfc are now stalling on the deal as no compensation can be agreed, apparently we are holding out for around the 5mill mark.

    I think both clubs are still agreeing the compensation package for Swansea.

    Technically, Rodgers isn't our manager yet - anything could happen!

    Joe cole - talented but old and wage demands would be too high, apparently our latest target is Dos Santos from spurs, may well need him if you lot poach Gylfi! Haha :cool:

    Yeah, just negociating the compensation package, still certain Rodgers will be our man though. Liverpool doing what they do best and trying to get the highest price possible no doubt :>

    It's to do with the sponsors. the Warrior deal officially starts on 1st June. They want to unveil him in front of the new sponsers. New shirts, New Manager, New Era
