I'd be more concerned with your players moving to other premiership teams in the meantime if I were you, Vorm is a quality keeper, Allen and Sinclair are also huge talents. They were discussing the prospect of Rodgers and the Swansea players on Talk Sport tonight. The consensus of opinion is that Huw will have insisted on a clause to negate the poaching of our players. The presenters were quite complimentary about us and were actually mentioning Leon for an England cap based on his performances and passing stats this season.

Dai, what's with you and this Monk business? And why do you keep maintaining that we will lose players if he isn't appointed as the manager? I'm sure, no I KNOW, that players would have far more respect for the likes of Zola and Poyet based purely on their record as players - what they achieved in the game; the level they played at; the teams they played for at TOP club and INTERNATIONAL level. Does Monk have or need qualifications for the job ?? yes he does mill he needs to get his pro liecence . he has his coaching badges so he needs to get a pro liecence to qualify as a premiership manager... He does have 3 months in which to get the qualification needed but will still be allowed to manage during that period.(i have checked) he must however pass before the 3months are up....so its not a problem...install him now..
