Thats fair enough Premier, will there be a time when you disclose what the lies were? I'm guessing its about what and what wasn't available for transfers and the reason Nick got the boot.

Yes if the situation gets sorted there will be no reason why I wouldn't be able to say.

I just don't get it. I thank them for putting money into the club and I think the new ideas re the ticketing stuff is good. How does that mean I have to agree with everything they do or say. I as far as I can remember I have never slagged them off, I don't hate them, I just have doubts about some of the things they say and some decisions. I actually think starting a thread like this is quite arrogant and insulting to a lot of people who just do not agree with you. Obviously you do take them at face value and have a very high opinion of them but just because I don't doesn't make me a bad person or any less a supporter of the club then you. Why can't some of us question things if we want to, why do you feel threatened by that, why try to change our minds. You can believe exactly what you want to believe, has anyone actually started a thread something along the lines of "To all you Allam lovers". Of course not, its just so bloody stupid and childish.

Perhaps the person who told you is lying, or the person who told that person, or the person who told that person, or the person who told that person, or the person who told that . . .

. . . oh well, I think you might get the gist.

I doubt very much that there is only the Allam's and Nick that know what was said and what has gone on, its not the secret service. There will be some people that know more than others but at the moment they cannot repeat these things I fully understand that. The details will come out in the open at some point.

Some fans have never took to the Allams from day one and whatever the Allams do it will never be good enough.

    Were they though?

They sacked a manager who'd took the team down the table since he took over, and a "Director of Football Operations" who wasn't doing his job properly.

    Hardly pretty bad.

But they didn't sack Nick for anything football related - purely his comments to the media.

Well, it's obviously down to personal opinion. I think it was a bad decision.

I imagine many will judge the Allams on their actions over the next few months. If we make a good managerial appointment, and other things go right, then maybe the overall opinion will be pretty good, and those who disliked the Barmby-saga can put it to the back of their minds.

But if things go downhill from here, then opinion can only get worse, despite the original investment.

    Or perhaps not.

The problem with a message board, is you have no idea who you're really talking to and what that person may or may not know.

Most regular posters figure it out over time, as information posted by some contributors is regularly proven to be correct.

I'm not anti-Allam, I just think they couldn't have handled things any more poorly recently, the things they've said to discredit the most passionate man at the club were unnecessary. Much of it has been disingenuous, or at the very least misleading.

    The truth will out.

This is a ****e thread by the way. <ok>

I thought they were great initially but recent events have made me think I was being a bit naive to say the least.

Agreed, this thread will do nobody any good.

And I also intensely dislike the way fans who have supported City for many, many years through thin and thinner, are being labelled certain things because they are concerned with what is going on at the club. Rarely in life do things neatly fall into black and white, usually they are various shades of grey. There is no such thing as Allam Haters on this messageboard.

Speaking of which, now that everything has been settled financially, can someone give me the factual rundown on:

    1) The Bullard saga. Which rumours actually occurred?
    2) The Duffen saga. What did he try and justify as business expenses?
    3) How much did Adebola cost, and a breakdown of that cost?
    4) Did the senior players "AVB" Parky due to his training methods?
    5) The real reason for Ash requesting a transfer?
    6) Anything else that never accurately came to light at the club.

Lets be fair here, i love the Allams i have being on their side all the way. Yet we clearly only know half the story, what premiertiger and Olm know clearly hasn't being said so we will just have to hang fire on that.

But most of their decisions have being fairly good one's so far, well the one's that have being made public. Even their attempt to buy the stadium is a good idea as without it we will always struggle financially as a club and will be harshly punished by the FPP rules. Yet for some reason they decided to sack Barmby, which two months ago i am sure 50% of posters didn't care about, the amount of threads saying how poor his formations and tactics where. I was the only one defending him, now he is god.

Can i just ask OLM and PT is there any reason you can't disclose the details that you both know?

    1) The Bullard saga. Which rumours actually occurred? - Regularly did coke, turned up for training pissed, ordered hooker for Cairney on the pre-season trip, before taking a pop at Corrigan.

    2) The Duffen saga. What did he try and justify as business expenses? - His birthday party, his golf membership, anything else he could think of...

    3) How much did Adebola cost, and a breakdown of that cost? - Not sure on this one, seems there was a massive agents bill that the Allam's fell out with Adam over.

    4) Did the senior players "AVB" Parky due to his training methods? - Apparently so, he was as popular with the players as he was with the fans.

    5) Anything else that never accurately came to light at the club. - Wait a week or so and Nick might answer this one.

I really hope so. Does he want everyone to know his side of the story, please tell me it won't just all be sorted behind closed doors.

I can't speak for Nick, but he feels he's been wronged, I'm sure he'll act accordingly.
