Easily. I've never met fake ones hands on, so to speak, but just judging by how they look it has to be real ones to me.
I suppose "sturdy" would be the right word to describe them. The main thing that puts me off is that anyone who is willing to go through the procedure is probably going to be both self-conscious and shallow. Not the kind of girl you want to be spending too much time with. Unless you're just looking for a little fun, of course.

I just love history. I have lived through a big chunk of it! Seriously though I love social history it stops me from ever being deferent. The ordinary people of this country are being screwed today by the political elite as much as they have been throughout history.
And the Americans believe the perfect boob is somewhere around the 10 gallon hat size. It takes all sorts. Perhaps you're right.
