Now that it's official that Brendan is leaving, maybe we can have a proper discussion about the next manager. I know it's a new thread but best to keep it separate so that we can discuss one thing.

So, who is your No. 1 choice and who don't you want?

Di Matteo could be available in a month or so. Hughton gets his teams playing some good attacking football and would be my choice if I were a Jack.

Pep Guardiola. Honestly, what has he achieved?? he's taken a super rich club to Euro glory. Now time to do it with a small team Championship Manager style.

Failing that Poyet, Di Matteo, someone young and hungry with a good footballing philosophy.

Lee Clarke or Eddie Howe could do a job for us

Not a fan of Poyet...reminds me too much of Martinez....we will have no defence again :/ After watching the Champions League final I dont think I would like Di Matteo either :/

    Can seeing going dutch possibly??

p.s its close but its not official yet but after reading the last couple threads I think you are just being a bit of a bellend to piss certain other people off??

What's Lee Clarke done except fail to get one of the teams with the biggest budgets in League 1 promotion?

Agreed about Eddie Howe, think he's decent.

Ralf Rangnik....ex Hoffenheim and referred to in Germany as the professor. Taking a break from.soccer right now but apparently keen on a PL position.

I like the idea of Di Matteo or Di Canio. Anyone who plays good football really.

Think Di Canio may be a bit of a hot head and throw his toys out of the pram too often.
