So where are they? Can't be just training ground, season ticket brochure and a few player releases.

You forgot the new kits too. Plus the mentioning of next years kit plans.

Don't expect anything firm out of LR Heaven until around mid-June. Most of the background work will begin shortly, until then it's all hope, expectation and trepidation.

Not good if you've got a nervous disposition EH.

I think they have given us plenty to be getting on with.
    New Training ground
    New Kit
    New away kit (hoops)
New online mag (which was very good)
    Sorting sponsors
    Season Tickets price freeze
    Pre season Tour
    new contracts for Hill,Mackie
    Off loaded dead wood

We have not had it so good! Just remember the old days with the buckets and compare it to now? We should all be happy with what we have. <ok>

Blimey, I think even the marketing manager would struggle to get so much spin out of so little content. :) I think TF saw the training ground as a really big deal but to us fans its not so easy to get excited about it. I'm still pretty sure they expected to be announcing something else but there has presumably been a hiccup. At a guess this was in regard to Diakite and/or Taiwo both of who appear to much more difficult to bring on full time than we (and presumably TF and co also) were led to believe.

I was listening to Talksport this morning and there was a lot of talk about the next month being a lead-in to the transfer rush, many agents will hold their clients back until after the Euros when they may have made themselves far more marketable. The Africans will simply wait for the money to move before deciding, it's almost like one of those long seduction dances, we'll all have to be patient before getting our end away!...<laugh>

I remember those at the end of the school discos, used to call them The Erection Section! You could get some serious tonsil hockey done during Hazel O'Connor's 'Will You'.

In case there is any doubt I'm with AAAAGH on this one.

Who goes to the training ground?
Won't be getting mugged into buying our naff lotto kit.
    Or the away one.
Online mag? ok that is news but haven't read it yet so jurys out.
Sporting Sponsors - Unless the DPRK want to sponsor us I don't care less - just give us the money!!
Season Tickets - To Someone with a young family and a mortgage the idea of spending anywhere near our 'old prices' is laughable, to me.
PreSeason Tour - At least we could go to cornwall last year !!, don't think this years floats anyones boat, other than TF and the first team obviously. Not Real News.
    News Contracts = News
Off load dead wood = lets face it. It's old news aint it.

If the above has you excited then I've got some magic beans you may be interested in. FFS

I am struggling to take TF serously at the mo. Too much of the grinning fool, not enough polished media performer. Sort it Tony or stay out of the spot light you big media tart.

As i said it beats putting money in buckets but if our progress isn't good enough you could always support the team down the road. <ok>
However i do agree about the pre season friendly as i was looking forward to some games that i could go to. Asia is a bit far.

I were just thinking without saying that TF's persistant media apperances could undermine manager and players. He's got to remember he's new to this, how many other club directors/owners get/give the media attension he seems to get?

If Tony wants to talk to the cameras/radio it's best not to do it unless you know exactly what your going to say, If I think he's a little OTT, will top quality players think the same?

He maybe a diamond, but at the momment he's a little rough and smiley, I'm not saying sell the club am I?

If the there's room for improvment on pitch then there is room to improve on the board as well.

Maybe we've had to many Italians in flash slippers !!
