No, the 2 cases are not comparable. Sion had exhausted all the appeals processes against their transfer ban, but proceeded to sign and play 6 new players. All Rangers have done is successfully challenge the legality of their transfer ban.

The correct next step should have been to go to the Court of Arbitration, but the SFA rules prevented it. The SFA have ****ed up here, not Rangers.
