Don't know if anyone followed the Indy 500 this past weekend with all the thrills and spills of Monaco, but Sato crashed out on the last lap attempting a pass for the lead (he claims Franchitti did not leave him enough room). Other ex-F1 drivers: Justin Wilson came 7th; Barichello came 11th (3 tenths off 10th); Bourdais 20th (classified as behind Sato no less) and Alesi and Marco Andretti both retired.

The BBC gossip page has an item about a contract being reportedly signed for a Mexican Grand Prix starting in 2013, with it set to replace Valencia. By the way, Marco Andretti has never raced in F1, just tested for Honda a couple of times.
