I watched about half of the documentary and I never saw "the whole stadium giving Nazi salutes". It was a small part of the crowd which the camera focussed in to on. I'm not trying to justify it by the way. I find it deplorable. But the BBC were very selective in their viewing. When you spend 30 minutes showing people in a bad light of course it's going to give an impression, even though these people are very much in the minority.
Kris Commons thought it was genuinely a Hula Hoops festival and went proper mental when he found out he'd been gypped.
Maybe you should go watch it again then. Technically not ALL of the stadium but I don't think you can say a small part of the crowd when it was the majority. Maybe you're not trying to justify. Maybe you're just an argumentative ****.
