http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18250893 Defender Kevin Foley has lost his race to be fit for Euro 2012 and has been replaced in the final 23-man Republic of Ireland squad by Paul McShane. Foley has been trying to shake off a hamstring injury but the Wolves player has now become the second man to be sent home after Birmingham midfielder Keith Fahey's departure at the weekend.
well done to the lad...and an excellent shop window for his undoubted talents...let hope he performs like a hero
Congrats to Macca. Let's hope that he doesn't get on the pitch though - if he does, and people see him play we'll have no chance of getting rid of him
just a touch...I like his commitment to the cause and I am led to belive that he is one of lifes nice guys...but I would let him leave the club due to the wages and his ability to commit mistakes. I remember against Villa when instead of running towards the forward to make it difficult to shoot he ran and stood on the goal line to try and block the shot....they scored and we lost...the Villa players actually started laughing.
But fair This is a great vid...
it's amazing he's got to this level.. it really is, he's an average player although a good pro, but I've seen better quality at lower divisions to be fair.. think the Man U "label" has carried him a long way in his career.. can't knock him though! cult hero
