Paul Williams was always looking for that big money fight he deserved and when it came along this tragic incident happed. He didn't lead a flash lifestyle and invested his money wisely for life after boxing. Seemed like a genuine nice guy, worked hard for the money he got in boxing and took on all challenges. Hope he has what it takes to overcome his biggest challenge to date. Wishing the Punisher well and hopes he makes a full recovery, not for boxing's sake but for his life after boxing.

also just read this news, and sad to hear it. Watched his fight in the Mandalay Bay - Las Vegas where he ruined Ronald 'winky' Wright over 12 rounds. He had a bad knockout against Martinez - and not seen him fight since - although he has apparently fought once since. As others have said - good luck in his battle.
